 Sports Performance Speed Training Program
Agility and quickness training is a very important
part of an athletes overall development plan. Any athlete from school children on a soccer field
to professionals can benefit from our Sports Performance Speed Training Program.
Our Sports Performance Speed Training may be used to increase speed/strength, or the ability to
exert maximal force during high-speed movements.

 Sports Agility & Flexibility Training Program
Leap higher than your opponents, higher than your teammates, higher than your friends, higher than you
have ever jumped before! The DJonkins Sports Agility Training Program will teach you how to leap higher and
react quicker by training for speed
and quickness the primary leg muscle groups involved in jumping. Isometric training using specially engineered
variable resistance exercise drills will condition and develop the fast twitch muscle fibers in your legs thus
increasing your jumping height.
