Our Personal Fitness Training Programs

One-on-One Training
One client works with one personal trainer for 55 minutes. The client receives the trainer's
undivided attention for the entire session. One-on-One training is beneficial for individuals
who are just starting out, have specific goals in mind, prefer more intensity in their workout,
or require more focus and individualized attention.
Shared Training (Two Clients/One Trainer)
During shared training, one DJonkins Sports trainer works with two clients during the same hour time
slot, taking each client though the individual workout designed for their specific goals and needs.
Typically, the trainer rotates each client through alternating sets of strength training and cardio
exercises; while the trainer guides one client through a strength training set, the other client
performs a cardio set and then they switch.
Shared training is our most popular option because each client gets a one hour customized workout at an
unbeatable rate. This is a great option for friends, family members or couples who want to train together,
but individuals without training partners can take advantage of shared training too. Just let us know that
you're interested in shared training, and we'll pair you with another DJonkins Sports client.
Shared training provides an affordable and effective personalized workout along with a great opportunity
to meet new people. Check out our Rates for Shared Training

fitness needs and goals utilizing your own equipment, and coach you through your workouts on a regular basis.
