Comprehensive Training Program for kids!
This Comprehensive Summer Training Program (pdf) is for students dedicated to performing at their highest potential by applying the idea of detailed preparation as a necessary component to successful execution in athletics.

Campers will be led by one of Houston’s most sought after personal trainers, Derrick Jonkins, and his team of highly trained instructors, with focus on three key areas: Speed, Agility, and Strength. Daily attendance is not required, but is highly suggested in order for students to achieve maximum results.

2011 Summer Football Training Camp

  Peewee Football Summer Program
(Ages 7-10)
Monday – Thursday, 8:30 – 11:30am

Introduce New Players to game and provide teaching of the basic fundamentals needed to succeed at playing the game.
  Junior Football Summer Program
(Ages 11-14)
Monday – Thursday, 8:30 – 11:30am

Kids will be taught proper football techniques, drills, mental prep, physical conditioning & position specific training (QB, WR, DB, O-Line, D-Line). This will prepare them for high school and middle school football.
  Elite Football Summer Program
(High school – College athletes)
Monday – Thursday, 8:30 – 11:30am

This program will be specifically designed to fine tune and drastically improve the athlete's skills in all areas of football. Through focusing on weight training, drills, 40 yard times, shuttles, etc., the athlete will be more than prepared for their football season.
